Política de envío

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will be unable to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard domestic shipping for orders within the contiguous United States is free with purchase amount greater than $30 excluding tax and shipping cost. For all locations outside of the contiguous United States shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. In order to receive items more quickly shipping can be expedited for an additional charge which will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

We ship our products using USPS for orders within the United States and USPS as well as DHL for international orders. 

3. Delivery Terms

Transit Times: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days and orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4-22 days. Please note that these times may vary due to carrier volume, especially during peak seasons such as holidays. Winter in Olympus is not responsible for carrier delays.  

 

Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of payment of order.

Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at time of purchase. If you make a mistake inputting the address please let us know as soon as possible, we are happy to change it prior to shipping the item. If the item has already shipped the buyer is responsible for the cost to re-ship the package to its correct destination.

Return to Sender: If an item is returned to Winter in Olympus, we will notify you. The buyer will then be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the order re-shipped. If you no longer want the item and would prefer to return it, let us know and we will issue you a refund minus the cost of shipping. 

Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us. 

Tracking Notifications: Once an item is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number which they can use to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit: If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at winterinolympus@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged packaging and products.

Process for parcel lost in-transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Marked Delivered but Not Received: If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check your shipping address to insure it was entered correctly. Check with your neighbors and your local post office to see if they may have it in their possession. If the package still has not turned up after 14 days, please contact us. 

4. Duties & Taxes

Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Winter in Olympus encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Winter in Olympus at the customers' expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


5. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an
order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

6. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.
